Finner is a Dutch registered company having been in business since 2005 and we comply fully with Dutch law relating to mail order companies and the distance selling regulations.

We want you to be totally happy with your purchase and our service and invite your comments if we fail in any way. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery Times and Costs

Delivery times for the Netherlands are normally 1-4 working days.
Worldwide deliveries vary depending on your country. Please note for non EU countries there may be customs/import duties to pay depending on the value of the goods, these are the responsibility of the customer.

We want you to be totally happy with you purchase, if not you can return it to us for a refund or exchange.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in euro and include tax at the standard rate (20%).
Purchases made from outside the EU can order tax free.
Purchases made from outside the EU will be charged in euro and the amount will be converted to your local currency at the rate specified by your credit card company.
When ordering you must state the correct card holders details including address, these details are checked for security reasons and any mis-match in details may cause a delay.

Credit Card Security

We accept all major debit and credit cards and use Worldpay and Paypal to process our on-line payments.
All payments and all card payments are processed in line with the security standards.
Your credit card details are not stored on any servers or computers.

Accuracy of Our Website

We aim to keep all pictures and product descriptions up to date and as accurate as possible, however we have to rely on our manufacturers and suppliers to provide us with the correct information. Occasionally our products do make changes but we aim to ensure that we supply you with the most current and up to date model and prices whenever possible. 

Back Orders

We update our site frequently so our stock levels are as accurate as possible, however occasionally mistakes can happen and if we are out of a product that you order that will delay despatch by more than 48 hours we will contact you by email or telephone within 24 hours and give you the opportunity to wait, receive an alternative product or get a refund.

Offers, Coupons & Discounts

We sometimes issue discount vouchers or promotions. Unfortunately none of these offers can be applied retrospectively. We are a small company that tries it's best to offer great products, excellent customer service and to operate as ethically and environmentally responsibly as we can. We know that as customers you have a wide choice so we really appreciate your business and for choosing Finner.
